I grew up in the Rainbow Nation, South Africa … cultural & lingual diversity at its best.

I graduated from Pretoria Boys High School (Tis here we learn to live!) with a university exemption and decided to explore the world.

I spent years working in the Netherlands, The United States and Great Britain before settling in Germany.

I completed the Bachelor of the Arts “Multilingual Communication” (en / fr / es / nl) at the University of Applied Sciences, Cologne (2011). I followed that up with the Master of the Arts “Terminology & Language Engineering” (2014), which integrates my passion for languages with IT perfectly.

I work as a freelancer out of Cologne where I have been based for the last 9 years.
